NOTICE SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING - THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22 AT 5:30PM

The Board of Directors has reviewed the society's bylaws and approved an updated version. The new version requires ratification by the membership at a Special Meeting. This short meeting is to be held on Thursday, October 22 at 5:30pm at the Canmore Recreation Centre - Thelma Crowe Dressing Room #10.

Agenda:

Reading of the Notice of the Meeting
Report on Quorum (minimum 15 members)
Special Resolution: To repeal the existing by-laws and replace them with the bylaws dated October 22, 2026 (posted on the Canmore Skating Club website).
