UPLIFTER PASSWORD RESET REQUIRED EVERY 90 DAYS
posted Feb 9, 2026, 2:56 PM
Thank you for following up with us. I can confirm that the password reset process will be required by all users every 90 days. This is to comply with PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and other internet standards for security. Though, we would certainly aim to make the process as simple and painless as possible.
Users can improve this process by adding uplifterinc.com to their "whitelist". The steps for this differ from client to client, but a quick google can often offer sufficient insights. Whitelisting helps ensure the password reset emails (along with any others) reach the user's inbox (and are not blocked or sent to Junk or Spam folders.)
Thank you,
