Typical annual membership is 100 - 120 members.

The 2023-24 season sees the Canmore Skating Club celebrating 49 years as a Skate Canada Club.

Our Values

Caring:     We are kind and compassionate to ourselves and others.

Respect:   We value and include everyone and treat people with dignity.

Integrity:   We are truthful and honest in all areas. We do the right thing, even if it is hard.

Courage:  We confront the fear of failure with the opportunity to succeed.

Our Vision

Inviting everyone to explore the joy of figure skating.

We make this acknowledgement in the spirit of respect, reconciliation and gratitude to the people of Treaty 7 - the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations (Chiniki, Bearspaw, Wesley), and the Métis Nation (Region 3) - on whose territory we are so fortunate to live, work, learn and play.
