RE-SCHEDULED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - WEDNESDAY, JULY 22 AT 4:45

NOTICE of MEETING:
The Canmore Skating Club will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at the Canmore Recreation Centre in one the Alex Kaleta dressing rooms assigned to the club that day from 4:45-5:15PM.
We request that all eligible voting members attend (one parent/guardian per underage member family), as we would love to secure quorum early in the proceedings.

The order of business for the meeting will be as follows:
- Reading of the Notice of the Meeting
- Quorum
- Approval of Agenda
- Minutes of the preceding General meeting
- Confirmation of the actions taken by the Board of Directors
- Secretary’s Report
- Treasurer’s Report (Annual Financial Statement)
- Appointment of two auditor
- Election of Board of Directors
- Adjournment
As stated in the By-laws, there will be elections of directors on a yearly basis. Positions are President, Vice-president, Secretary, Treasurer, Programming Director, Membership Director and Special Projects Director. Please consider giving your time to the administration of this wonderful club. Nominations for any position can be presented in writing (to any current Board member) up to three days prior to the AGM with no nominations being accepted from the floor.
